Description

CD10, common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen, is expressed by a subset of T follicular helper cells.1,2 CD10 has a direct role in cell growth and apoptosis and has been implicated in tumor cells proliferation.3 CD10 expression has been reported in a variety of tissues; including renal cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and follicular lymphoma.4, 5
