CD38 Antibody (DA023)
CD38 Antibody (DA023)
Recombinant monoclonal rabbit antibody
Description
CD38 molecule is a 46-kDa type-II transmembrane glycoprotein with a short N-terminal cytoplasmic tail (20 amino acids) and a long extracellular domain (256 amino acids). It is present on many hematopoietic cells, especially plasma cells, and in some solid tumor tissues.1-3 CD38 is one of the early expressed markers of mature naive B-cell activation and it is useful in identifying functional mature B-lymphocyte subsets.1-3 CD38-positive B-lymphoblastic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia has a poor prognosis.
