NSE Antibody (DA091)
NSE Antibody (DA091)
Recombinant monoclonal mouse antibody
Description
Neuron-specific enolase (NSE) is a glycolytic isoenzyme of the enolase gamma-gamma dimer selectively detected in neurons, peripheral nerves, some neuroendocrine cells and tumors.1-3. NSE immunoreactivity is also observed, to a lesser extent, in smooth muscle tissue.4 Anti-NSE is often used to visualize peripheral nerves and for the identification of neuroendocrine differentiation.5
