c-MYC Antibody (DA048)
c-MYC Antibody (DA048)
Recombinant monoclonal rabbit antibody
Description
c-Myc is a transcription factor that drives the growth and proliferation of cells. c-Myc is amplified in many different solid and hematopoeitic tumors.1-5 Immunohistochemistry for c-Myc protein is used to identify the presence of a c-Myc translocation in various tumors, most frequently to aid in the diagnosis of Burkitt lymphoma.5
